Saturday evening a group of residents convened on the clubhouse patio to celebrate the newly landscaped berm that is adjacent to the clubhouse. Upon arriving, they were greeted by Helga, a little known resident of Lot 13, who showed up in spite of the bad complexion. Everyone was respectful. Good food, good conversations, terrific atmosphere and a view of the SpaceX rocket that had been launched from Florida was enjoyed by all.

Recently, a neighbor in Rock Creek had a problem with a couple of locks in her home. She emailed the other residents asking for a lock smith recommendation. A neighbor came to the rescue, he knew exactly what needed to be done to repair the lock. Her remark. "ROCK CREEK ROCKS".

It has been a busy spring/summer so far in Rock Creek Villas. Eight homes under construction. Only one golf course lot remains. Cunningham Homes is now accepting contracts for custom built homes in the first quarter of 2023. It will be here before you know it. Construction has been more like watching a daytime soap opera - the suppliers give a delivery date, you wait through 14 commercials, & then get a call to push back the delivery, again.
