Smith Builders & Developers is growing and looking for the right person to join our team.

We are hiring a Project Manager / Estimator based in Quitman, TX. We’re seeking an experienced construction professional to help lead commercial projects throughout East and North Texas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Prepare estimates, budgets, and bid proposals
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and schedules
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Track project costs, timelines, and overall progress
- Communicate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams

This is an office-based position with travel to project sites as needed.
