After a great deal of planning, community research and organizational development, the Racine Quality Home Suppliers (RQHS) organization was created to promote safer neighborhoods.
The mission of the RQHS is to provide high-quality affordable housing to low-to-moderate income families at below market rates, with the long-term goal of creating safer, stabilized neighborhoods through making quality housing accessible to first-time home buyers.
