Every client I've worked for career-to-date (with the exception of three -- and they know who they are) has been phenomenal!
Each buyer, seller, or investor circumstance is unique. Each individual personality is unique (and you're dealing with several per deal). Each property is unique unto itself. The dynamics of each transaction can vary. And the world is essentially covered in . All of these facts feed into why I'm beyond passionate about this type of "work"...
Because it's a jungle out there! An ocean of incredible opportunities for all -- yet dotted with potential threats, pitfalls, and all different types of less desirable outcomes.
As the client (buyer or seller), it's really up to your (with their expertise, knowledge, grit, resources, etc.) to determine and present to you the most optimal path toward that ideal end result. They only win if you win! And boy-oh-boy -- if your Realtor is indifferent about handing you wins -- you may have some thinking to do...
Having that said -- it's an absolute honor to provide such a rewarding service for folks day-in and day-out.
