One thing I've come to appreciate over the past year is how connected so many of life's transitions really are.
Whether it's buying a first home, relocating for a new opportunity, helping aging parents, planning for retirement, or simply figuring out what's next, these decisions rarely happen in isolation. Financial considerations, housing choices, family dynamics, and long-term planning are often intertwined.
Through conversations with Michele Randall and Jennifer Eastman, we've been exploring ways to better support people as they navigate these changes.
I first met Michele when we worked together at Robert W. Baird before I transitioned into real estate. Today, Michele is a Founder and Wealth Advisor with Randall & Pobar. Having worked alongside her, I saw firsthand the level of care she brings to her clients, her deep commitment to our community, and her ability to help people navigate important financial decisions. Over the years, our professional relationship grew into a valued friendship, and she remains someone I trust for my own financial guidance and planning.
I've known Jennifer Eastman socially for years and have more recently had the opportunity to work with her professionally. Jennifer is the owner of Assisted Living Locators and a Certified Senior Advisor who helps individuals and families navigate housing, care, and aging-related decisions. Her knowledge, compassion, and practical approach make her a trusted resource during some of life's most challenging transitions.
Together, we've launched Confidently Navigating Life Transitions, where we'll share insights, experiences, and practical guidance to help individuals and families navigate life's changes with confidence. I'm excited to learn from both Michele and Jennifer and to bring these resources to the community we all care so deeply about. No one professional has all the answers. By bringing together expertise in financial planning, housing transitions, and real estate, we hope to provide a more complete perspective on the decisions families face.
Our first article focuses on assisted living and offers a hopeful perspective on a transition many families will face at some point.
