Concord is looking for 1 or 2 people to fill a clubhouse attendant positions.
We are looking for someone who is friendly and energetic to provide a positive experience in the clubhouse!
Must be 18 or older. Ideal for a college student or someone looking to make extra money.
Pay: Call for info.
Hours: Monday-Friday 5pm-9pm Saturday & Sunday: 11-8 (split shift).
This position includes but is not limited to
· Monitor traffic flow, greet residents and ask them to sign in
· Answer phones & take messages.
· Get packages for residents
· Submit, in writing, a list of any supplies needed/desired
· Help with occasional projects
· Clean or straighten as needed
· You are responsible to find a substitute, if unable to work your assigned shift
· Attendance is mandatory for holidays, weekends, and two (2) resident events per year
Light cleaning such as
·Wipe down desks, table at top of stairs (including table legs), kitchen countertops & bar shelves
·Wash, dry and put away dishes
·Clean coffee pot, wipe down coffee maker & prepare coffee for next day
·Stock cups by water cooler/coffee maker
·Vacuum first floor, front stairs & outside bathrooms and back stairs by pool & bathrooms
·Clean entry glass (inside and out)
·Take out garbage from office, kitchen, fitness room, bathrooms, outside entry & ash try
·Wipe down countertop & sink in men’s & women’s bathroom
·Call residents with packages
Straighten pool areas, sweep up plant debris & dirt around indoor pool area
·You are not to engage or participate in, listen or contribute to, any negative or harmful discussion about Concord or its staff with residents and are to direct all complaints to management.
