2017-2018 Rental Season has started! I should have start having availability for next year Monday November 6th. Will post when we do. Expect some good 2-5 bedroom apartments and houses.

We are still waiting to see if tenants will renew on most properties. we wait a bit longer than most other places. I hope to have some availability on Monday 11-15-13. We will post them when we know.

Available for 2013-2014 Late May/ early June lease. 1104 Clement St, 1 block to campus and 200ft to the coffee shop. Screened in back porch, huge fenced yard.
