Every closing has a story and these two were VERY different journeys, but both ended with a reason to celebrate! 🎉

This one took a little longer to sell in our changing market. But our seller had a need, and we stayed the course, adjusted the plan, and got it done! 🙌

🔑 310 Saint James
This one moved FAST! We accepted the first offer, only to have it terminate a few days later when the buyer lost their financing through no fault of the seller.

But God is good. 🙏❤️ Another offer came quickly, and we were back under contract and headed to the closing table!
