Last week for my first Fit Friday, I shared some summer pointers with the last one being that Mental Health is a part of your overall Health. This topic is so important to me and I truly believe that everyone should be doing something that strengthens their mental health. Everyone is at a different place and that is OKAY. It's important to be aware of where you are.
For some, strengthening their mental health may be as simple as adding a walk to their day, meditating, journaling, grounding, etc. For others, it may be more complex. I cannot encourage those of you who feel this is where you are enough to find a trusted professional to speak and work with. Everyone deserves happiness. It may take faith, patience, and believing to get there, but you deserve it for YOU.
