Yay for Closing Day!
We had so much fun with my wonderful clients, looking for a perfect home all over Durham. We got super lucky winning a bidding war on their first offer🥳 and now they have a new home just in time for the holidays🎄! And signing docs on the hood of the car was just so fitting in these crazy Covid times. What a great journey we had together, and I am so happy for you two!

So happy for my awesome first time home buyer on his closing day and becoming a Homeowner! In this crazy market we had to jump through the hoops, faced rejected offers, drove all over the place to view homes as far as Selma but finally found a perfect sunny brick ranch on almost an acre of land to make new memories in and call home!
