CLOSING DAY 🏡🏡🏡

Congratulations go to my clients, and so happy to have had the privilege of helping my clients buy their first (in NC) home after moving here from out of state.

This one was a great reminder of what home means to us; often times we can get so bogged down in what interest rates are, how will our equity be affected in certain locations and at what timelines, and so on. We had negotiated an incredibly strong deal on another home before my clients ultimately decided they wanted this most of all - a more contentious contract to win, but win it we did. Because sometimes finding "home" with a *good deal* is more important than finding an "ROI transaction" with slightly more equity. And it takes a great agent to help you accomplish whichever you choose to pursue - oh, and Hi that's me 😄✋

That's right - in fact, in the same day as my other clients' closing we have another client under contract! 🏡🏡🏡

There is more to the offer to purchase than just an asking price and a closing date; certain variables in the contract such as your due diligence funds, earnest money deposit, due diligence/inspection periods, etc. all tie into each other in specific ways and have different consequences depending on how you leverage them and what decisions you make. Closing Day!!
Congratulations to my clients on their first ever home purchase!! What a joy they were to work with - and grateful for an incredibly smooth process all throughout!
