Have you seen the updated forecast? It actually said a “heat dome” is coming for Raleigh. 🤯 So the only way to cope was to help our buyers secure this gorgeous oasis to beat this crazy heat until winter. ☀️

Finding the right place can be a marathon sometimes. But when your clients get to call something like this “home”, it makes the miles so much more worth it. Huge congrats to Judy Gallagher of the Lori Ransom Team at Five Over Four Realty for never slowing her pace. She just helped her friends land one of North Raleigh’s most inclusive residences listed on the market.

We can’t predict when the perfect house is about to pop up any better than a meteorologist can predict a summer squall. But in both cases, we’ll be ready to handle it.

There’s just something about TRUE indoor and outdoor living here in NC. ☺️ We get SO many good days to be outside so you need to have spaces that cater to both. THIS home had it all, and then some.

We’re thrilled for our sellers who had this home •ready• for the market. They snagged a great buyer and everyone is pumped heading into the closing phase. 🙌

This market can change quickly, and we don’t really get much warning … but what we do know is that being prepared on the sell and/or buy side will make this process a whole heck of a lot more fun and rewarding. 🤝
