Closing this home was a journey. My buyers were more than elated when they found this brand new home in the great neighborhood of . They received a 2.99% interest rate on yr 1, 3.99% on year 2 and 4.99% for the life of the loan. Amazing, right?? They are by - the best barbecue brisket I’ve ever had, , and convenient to highways. This house has so much space for them to grow into. The path had a few bumps along the way (no fault of the buyer), especially towards the end, but the buyer persevered and made it to the closing table. Today, I’m so happy say… Welcome home! I joined real over two years ago and I can give you a litany of reasons why I made the move. I mean, really, the benefits for so many different reasons are endless. It made sense for me and my clients then and it continues to make sense for me now. Initially my mind was continually blown at all the new things I was exposed to when I first joined Real and even today, at least once a week I want to jump up and down and scream out loud, YES,YES, YES!!!!! Because something else immensely excites me… it might be something said in a mastermind with other Real agents, new technology that makes a transaction better for my clients, one of the MANY weekly live classes offered or just listening to Sharran Srivatsaa (President of Real Broker) always seems to give me that same reaction. Today I read something he posted yesterday and WOW, what a way with words that man has. He has the gift to break down and explain even the most complex subject so that anyone can understand it. So
