RANCH home on ∼3/4 of an acre in North Raleigh!

Talk about an awesome find! To make it even sweeter, it is updated as well. So happy to have been able to secure this for my buyers. They walked in and knew this was where they wanted to call home.. and in just over a month, they can!! So excited for them 🤩🤩

Closing day was last week for these sweet home buyers!

Met this couple at an open house (in the same neighborhood they ended up buying in) and hit it off with them immediately. They both had a lease until the end of July but knew that if they found the perfect home, they were ready to make the jump! A couple weeks and a couple showings later, a home popped up in that neighborhood they loved and they knew this was the one!

The next day, we went under contract and what a smooth closing this has been 😊 they were even able to find people to take over their current lease. So happy for them!

Connected with a couple a few months ago and talked to them about their goals with buying a home in the next couple of years! The eventual goal is to retire and live on one of the amazing lakes that NC has to offer but that did not stop them from building some equity in the meantime 🥳🥳. Last week they closed on a home in Morrisville after renting for over 10 years! It is not the final destination but it is perfect for them right now 🤩.

New Coffee Spot Alert!

This place blew me away this morning! You're looking at a sweet foam cookie butter cold brew ❤️😍. Located right in North Hills on Six Forks road, it is close to everything! They have over 25 different latte combinations if you are interested in that type of coffee, have $1 plain coffees every Monday, and have BOGO lattes on Wednesdays.. you cannot beat that with the prices of coffee nowadays!

10/10 recommend!!

Yesterday I tried out the awesome place called Blend Raleigh! I highly recommend it to all my health lovers out there! They have such a cute inside area perfect for doing work, have amazing customer service, and so many great shake flavors to choose from. Each shake is only 200-250 calories and has 24-30 grams of protein! Definitely an amazing spot we have in the Raleigh area that I am happy to live close to. The Triangle has so many awesome places popping up and I can't wait to try all of them :)
