Shakena was incredibly fun and exciting to work with. She was communicative, knowledgeable, patient, informative, and diligent at every step. From the start, Ms. S. Vernado configured her own packet and sat down with me to review options. The packet she configured was personable and explained the home-buying process in detail, but in a quick, concise breakdown. Throughout the process, Shakena continued to communicate with me and stayed ahead of me at each phase, to the point that I had few questions and little room to worry about what was next. When I had questions, she got up with me on time and answered them professionally and practically, so I understood exactly what was going on and why. Home buying can be a stressful process, but honestly, I did not find it stressful at all; there were moments of stress that passed quickly and I give credit to Ms. Vernado for that.
