As some prep to go back to school, I’m proud to announce that I have been busy studying for the last few months. Last year I was selected to undergo a pilot program allowing me to earn my Certified General Appraiser License. I have officially completed the first step by earning my Trainee Certification - now I’m on to completing 7 more classes and earning 3000 experience hours (pray for me lol 🫠). Not only will I be able to appraise residential AND commercial properties, but I will be able to provide an essential service to the community. I look forward to serving you 😉
