For those who like charts and statistics. As you can see for the Raleigh area (and surrounding counties), the trends for home prices are on the rise and expected to continue being more expensive. Another important chart here is the availability of homes in the area. MANY people are moving to the area and with that there are less and less homes available. Just keep all of this in mind!
