Closing day is always a great day! I am so happy for my first time home buyers who received the keys 🔑 to their brand new home in Mebane NC. My clients were ready to add a new baby to their family and needed to find something asap. They wanted new construction, with a bright and open floorpan. We were able to find this home that met all of their needs and was nearing the end of construction. Buyers were able to close in 35 days and now settle in with their newest family member 👩🏻‍🍼. It’s always my pleasure to walk alongside my clients during this wonderful journey of becoming home owners 🏡🌟💫
