Understand that renting is not a bad thing….. its just not a long term thing that should be done. Just image if I can afford to pay $1800-$2000+ in RENT COMFORTABLY then you are ready to pay a good mortgage ! Don’t rush the process but understand that building the right mindset and the right foundation ( down payment and credit score) are going to place you in a position where you can be set up to pay a mortgage rather than someone else’s mortgage or for you “RENT” !

What would you remodel? Let me think…..

So for me I would budget it so perfectly that I can remodel my bedroom and my closet! I love sneakers and bags and they have officially taken over my closet lol
