Full-circle moments like this never get old 🧡

From growing up together in NY to somehow ending up just minutes apart down here in NC—life’s funny like that. When it was time for them to sell, they made the call and I was all in.

This one had tight deadlines, a quieter market when we went live, and a few moments that tested everyone’s patience. But steady follow-up, staying the course, and trusting the process paid off—we got it under contract and all the way to SOLD.

Now they’re off to build their forever home on land that checks all the boxes: gardens, donkeys, chickens… and yes, maybe even a Highland cow 🐄✨ The kind of place where outdoor dreams actually fit.

My buyers are officially under contract on their first home — and they’re making the move from VA to NC.

They came down this past weekend knowing what they wanted, and Friday was all about getting to know each other and dialing in their needs. After I got home that night, I went deep into the MLS and tapped into some personal contacts to line up a full day of showings on Saturday.

Three strong contenders by the end of the day… but this one clearly rose to the top.
