After a few visits to Durham, Suzanne called it.. She just knew that the perfect home would come up once they headed off on vacation.

Sure enough, the moment this home hit the market, Suzanne & Andrew were the very first ones through the door. All the way from vacation, but virtually. ⛳🏡

They both have the most wonderful vision for this golf course home, and a full remodel is on the way. I cannot wait to watch it all come to life.

Suzanne, a proud Duke alum, is finding her way back to Durham and this city is so lucky to have them both here. Welcome home, you two. I am just so happy you’re going to be right here in Durham! 💙

Zach and Sam started their home search about a year ago with a dream: mid-century modern vibes, a pool, and plenty of space to host friends. We even placed an offer on something outside Chapel Hill that didn’t work out—but I’m a big believer that things happen for a reason, because this beauty was clearly waiting for them. This past year, I really found my love for mid century modern homes in Chapel Hill. 😍 The clean lines, natural light, and thoughtful design just hit differently. It is especially fun when you come across a home that is so unique that it sparks joy.

Just Closed ✨From the very first walk-through to closing, this home has been a labor of love. Every detail was thoughtfully planned.... from prepping and staging with the incredible Maarten & Croix, to capturing its beauty through the lens of Brad Bunyea.This stunning Arthur Cogswell home, beautifully renovated by Dove Creek, was not just a listing. Poppin’ bottles for an extra special closing that’s close to my heart! 🥂✨ When Kelsey called me to help her mom and aunt find a home closer to her, I knew this journey would be something unforgettable. Lisa and Laura are twins and as a twin myself, being part of their story meant so much. But what meant the most was the trust and love Kelsey showed in letting me help the people dearest to her.
