Raleigh homes with a little extra personality. 🏡

One of my favorite parts of touring homes around the Triangle is seeing how different each neighborhood can feel. Some areas are newer and while others have more history, character, and charm built in.

Caraleigh Mills is one of those Raleigh pockets that feels a little different in the best way, with historic charm, unique architecture, and plenty of neighborhood personality.

There are other opportunities in this neighborhood, so send this to your friend who wants a home with a little extra character. ✨

One of my favorite parts of this job is getting to say thank you when someone connects me with a friend or family member who’s thinking about buying or selling. 💐

It truly means so much when people think of me in those moments.

This weekend my buyers toured these new construction townhomes in Raleigh for under $300K. 👀

Honestly… homes at this price point are getting harder to find!

Here’s what stood out:
• around 1,700 sq ft of living space
• open kitchen with a large island
• flexible space for a home office or guest room
• community pool + clubhouse

Builders are also offering incentives right now, which can help with closing costs or lower monthly payments.
