Tenant Placement Secured! Congratulations to the Riesinger Family for securing a rental in Mebane, NC! Shout out to Amir Hunter for the alley-oop with this lead from one of the out-of-state groups, had a slight interception, and he threw the lead direction back to me with strong recommendation.

This lead was a little challenging, but with a few letter of intents and negotiations, and follow up, I was happy to hear they got the back yard for the pooches and able to secure enough space for their extended family. Adding Exclusive Tenant Agency as an ancillary to my business has been a great move for The BAAR Group, connecting 1.5 tenants a month with strong passive return.
