With the White Townhome, it took over 20 offers getting rejected before we got one to stick.

The raw land in the middle picture, I had no idea what I was doing and needed to call another agent to help through the process. Learned a lot about land, but it took about 3 months to find a piece that would work for my clients.

And the green house, I had met the client who owned it over a year ago and kept in touch.

I’m really starting to understand what people mean when they say “trust the process”… Although I know realestate is the way I’m going to make my impact, sometimes I get caught up in tying my self-worth up with my accomplishments. I have to constantly remind myself it’s the journey, not the destination.
