U N D E R C O N T R A C T !

My beautiful clients are downsizing and starting a new chapter in their lives. They wanted maintence free living, but still wanted to feel like they had space to live & this beautiful end unit 2900 sq/ft town house did just that.

They are currently under contract on their old home, and wanted to be able to transition into their new home without having to move their stuff into a storage unit first. I was able to help them negotiate terms; and they will be moving into this home 2 weeks sooner than their closing date for F R E E 🤗 Their transition will be seamless

I always learn so much about my clients while we work together, even if it’s for a short period of time (we met 2 days ago). I can’t wait for them to close so I can come hang with them at their new place 🏡

Under contract 🏡

I got a call from a client who had 0 interest in purchasing a home. They seriously were not in the market for a new house like at all— until they saw this one! We found the property in the “coming soon” status on Friday morning, and it was going active that evening.

To start off showings the list agent hosted a open house.. we were the first ones at the door. My clients walked in and felt instantly connected to this home.

2 days of showings passed, and multiple open houses.. there were now multiple offers. My clients could only do what they could and couldn’t go a dollar more. There were offers that were higher, but with persistence a carefully crafted offer and constant communication between myself and the listing agent... we won the house.

These clients are some beautiful people, inside and out. They are humble, they are so deserving & they are so grateful for the opportunity to call this house their home in just 30 days.

I love what I do, and the joy I get from being able to call my clients and tell them their under contract is something I’ll never get tired of!

Very blessed to help these clients to start their next chapter of their lives in their new home 🤍

Under Contract !

What a fun family this ones for— the second I met them they were awesome. The whole family met me at the property we were looking at and they just had a great energy about them.

That night, I ran comps for the first property we looked at and quickly realized they’d have to go significantly over to win it. They were using this house as an investment property & it just didn’t make sence.

The following day, we woke up and saw the townhouse first thing in the morning. The second we walked in it just clicked.

I was able to find a property for my clients that wasn’t AS competitive, but still had multiple offers. The numbers made sence, and we got this cutie under contract in chapel hill. Walking distance to restaraunts/bars/retails.

So excited for my clients to close on this one!

Under Contract !

These first time home buyers just had a baby and are ready to stop renting and start owning. I was so excited to help them along this process.
After looking at a few resale opportunities, we came to the conclusion that new construction was going to be best for their family.

We found an opportunity , and the community was doing “highest & best”. Keep in mind this was the LAST phase of townhomes that would be released. They were adamant about living in an end unit.
We crafted an offer, and used a technique I learned from a colleague of mine at the office to win it.

There were only 2 end unit townhomes left within the whole community, and we won one of them!

If you’re not familiar with the community, my clients were able to snag a spot in Smith Farm in Apex, a massive new construction that will have a new grocery store, soccer fields, tennis courts, multiple pools, and retail shops.

It’ll be really rewarding to see the equity my clients will receive in this townhome years down the line!

Under Contract 🏡

I met this client at this house, it was the first time we’d met and the first house we saw together. My client walked into the home and Immediately felt connected to it. She absolutely loved it.

The .5 acre lot, the historic charm
Mixed with new updates on the inside of the house, and the mature developed trees and neighborhood. It checked every box.

After 12 hours of meeting, back to back phone calls, multiple offers, and having 1 minute to spare a deadline— we got the offer in, and found out a few hours later that we had won!

These clients instantly felt like family friends, from our first phone conversation. Their knowledge in the custom build world was unmatched. They’ve built several luxury homes from scratch, and knew exactly what they were looking for.

I was able to help them secure the last custom build lot in the Sweet Water Community in Apex, NC. This house was just under a million, and every house after will be well over a million.... talk about walking into instant equity once it’s completed!

This clients father is an attorney, and his compliments on not only my work ethic but knowledge of the area and future growth in the industry are compliments I’ll never forgot.

I’m very excited for this one to be complete so I can cheers my clients to their new home with their freshly brewed beer in their onsite kegerator 🍻
