I'm beyond excited for my seller! She has been planning on moving to the west coast since before Covid hit. She decided to stay put until a vaccine was availabe and she could travel safely across the country. I'm happy to say that her patience paid off! Her house closed yesterday for $50k over asking price! She is now living in beautiful WA state close to her to her daughter and grands once again. Best of luck to you SM on your new chapter!

Practicing self care is so important to lead a well balanced life. Today my self care was connecting with nature. I replanted a few of our house plants so they can continue to grow and flourish. I also refilled all my bird feeders and squirrel picnic table....they know I've been slacking! What do you do for self care?
