Yeah, it was really messed up when Rose decided to take up the WHOLE door… But that’s nothing compared to looking at homes without getting pre-approved!

If you’re seriously looking to buy, you need to get pre-approved ASAP. Most sellers won’t consider an offer without a pre-approval because they can fall through super easily. And that’s bad news if you’re not pre-approved. Because what if you find ~the one~ and then you can’t put an offer in?

So stop what you’re doing, find a lender, and get pre-approved. Like yesterday. It’s super easy, I promise, and it’s pretty fast too!

Once you’re pre-approved, you can scroll without the fear of getting your heart broken and you’ll be ready to put an offer in whenever you need to.

We're all enjoying a little more time inside these days. The weather is getting a bit chillier.

Why not make the best of this time and start some fun home projects?

Needs some inspiration? Check out the list below for some great ideas!

-Add a fun wallpaper print to one of your rooms. has some really fun and modern designs!

-Make your fireplace a focal point. Head to Pinterest for some inspo. Paint the bricks, add some wood, add a beautiful mantle, and finish with lots of pretty accessories.

-Replace ceiling fans with more modern ones.

-Pick out a fun shower curtain from or , or and add some new bath mats.

-Install a new kitchen faucet and add a new backsplash with fun and modern designs.

Today, anyone looking to purchase a new home utilizes the internet to search for homes for sale. Many potential home buyers and sellers will use big name Real Estate Home Search companies to research a neighborhood or get property values or even to choose a real estate agent.

But did you know a lot of these search engines have outdated properties that are not even on the market anymore? Some properties have not even been for sale at all! And pricing on these platforms can be off by a long shot at times. They just do not have the capability of really knowing the neighborhood or your home like your local agent.
