Pints & Properties - Raleigh Meetup, if you don't know already, is an open networking event so we can build the community and connection of like minded people! We are in different walks of life and different stages of our lives with respect to investing, careers, and personal so instead of taking action right away on the new fancy strategy we heard on last weeks podcast. Lets taker a step back, look at ourselves and determine what we want out of life and what we want out of our investment goals.

We are all real estate investors, entrepreneurs and mostly already business owners, however as we all get pinched with higher prices, higher interest rates and slimmer margins, the deal flow is just not what it used to be. We all want to increase cashflow and invest more into real estate, well buying a business can be one of those accelerators for your real estate investing journey.

Mitch will talk about his experience with buying businesses in all the glory and the monstrous undertaking it can be if you don't follow the right due diligence process.
