They say life is what happens when you’re busy making other plans. 🌊✨
Turning 43 started with a bit of a heartbreak when travel complications kept us off our birthday cruise. I was crushed—but we were already in West Palm Beach with the sun shining, so we decided to choose adventure anyway!
From shelling at Juno Beach to Jiana hand-feeding a giraffe at Lion Country Safari (a core memory unlocked! 🦒), every “unplanned” moment was a gift. We even squeezed in one last sunrise in Daytona Beach because the girls weren’t ready for the magic to end.
This wasn’t the weekend I planned, but it was exactly the weekend we needed. Much like life, the detours often lead to the best views. ☀️🙏🐚

Sale-to-List Ratio: 98.7% 📉

Average Days on Market: 64

Median Sale Price: $565,000

What does that 98.7% mean for you, the buyer? It’s a great sign! Homes are, on average, selling for just below their list price. This suggests a more balanced market and gives buyers like you a real opportunity to negotiate.
