Finally got this flip on the market!! This one took WAY longer than I was hoping for, but I'm so excited about the result!! Nearly 3 acres of land only 15 minutes from Durham, and right next to Falls Lake! With almost 2500 sqft of living space, 3 beds, 2.5 baths, a two-car garage, an ADDITIONAL detached two-car garage with a bonus room upstairs, and a nice big pond on the property, I almost didn't want to sell this place. But I know someone is going to absolutely LOVE it!

So stoked to see my Raleigh flip close yesterday!! With only 7 days on market and 4 different offers, this lakefront property was one hot commodity! And with the appraisal coming in at 10k above purchase price, the buyers are walking in with instant equity! When I bought this house, it was missing siding, the deck was destroyed, the backyard was totally overgrown and unusable, the ceiling was severely water damaged, and you could barely walk anywhere due to all the junk. But in just 8 weeks we were able to turn it into a beautifully updated waterfront property with brand new amenities! I’m very proud of how this project turned out, and it makes me so happy that I was able to bring a distressed house back to life and make it a lovely new home for some excited buyers! I’m absolutely stoked about this brand new flip I did in Carthage, NC! Newly remodeled with updated kitchen and baths, new roof, and additional finished square footage in the basement! The fresh exterior paint, along with the new granite countertops, dark subway tile backsplash, and matte black fixtures really make it stand out, in my personal opinion!
