Girl Math 🤝 Real Estate Math 💅🏡

Listen…sometimes the Girl Math is questionable 😂…….But other times it actually might line up with the Real Estate logic!

☕ Coffee bar = $7 Starbucks savings every day
🏊‍♀️ Pool = obviously a vacation at home
🛁 Soaking tub = self-care (no notes)
📉 Rates drop later = refinance
🏡 And sometimes spending a little more for the house you actually LOVE just makes sense.

Okay, okay…there’s slightly more math involved than that 😉 But buying a home is about more than the price tag—it’s about looking at the full picture and finding the home, payment, and strategy that make sense for you.
