Let’s talk about commission! ✨📱

Understanding how real estate commission works is of the utmost importance if you are looking to buy a house or sell your existing home. Typically, it is the seller who pays the buying and listing agents and this normally totals somewhere between 5-6%. The distribution of commission can vary though; sometimes it’s split evenly between 3% each, other times it will differ depending on the sale. 🧾

As a consumer, it is important that you are aware of how real estate commissions are structured. Knowing this from the get-go ensures you have all the information necessary to make an informed decision as you purchase or sell a home. 🔑
