🚨PSA for anyone thinking about buying a home this year🚨
If you’ve been waiting for the perfect time to jump in, this is it. Interest rates have dropped five weeks in a row 📉, and that means buyers are about to flood back into the market. When rates go down, affordability goes up—so demand is about to heat up 🔥.
Let’s be real: if prices were going to drop, they would have last year when home sales hit a record low (only 4 million sold vs. the usual 5.5-6.5 million). But that didn’t happen. And now? We’re on the edge of a major market shift.
Everybody wants to time the market—sell high, buy low. Well, consider this your sign 🛑. I’m calling it now: between March and September, the market is going to take off 🚀. If you’re hoping for builder incentives, seller-paid closing costs, or some wiggle room on price, NOW is the time to make a move before the competition picks up.
🔮 My crystal ball’s still in the shop, but if I were betting on the market, I’d put my money on this. Of course, the best time to buy is always when it makes sense for you, but if you’re ready, don’t wait.
