For starters, I am a Raleigh transplant who moved from Los Angeles/Santa Monica after living in the village of East Hampton and being dropped by the stork in small-town Iowa. I have an extensive sales and marketing background in the international world of diamonds, fine gemstones, high-end timepieces and luxury jewelry. I am a former C-suite officer of a publicly traded company. I earned a BA in m
arketing/sales, Graduate Gemologist diploma from Gemological Institute of America and a Certified Gemologist title by the American Gem Society. Plus, I love cars—ranging from appreciating the classic American muscle cars of the late 1960s-70s (such as the GTO and Barracuda) to today, being an avid Formula 1 Grand Prix fan. [Go Scuderia Ferrari, Sir Louis, “boy-crush” Carlos and a thumbs-up to Mr. Horner and orchestrating the amazing Red Bull team performance. As a sidebar: “Oh Santa…I’ve been good, Purosangue, please!”]
So, about real estate and life in general…
I am passionate about customer care and provide a high standard of excellence with an exceptional experience. I believe in civility, little things matter, doing the “right thing” and kindness counts. Luxury is about the experience: the finite details and the overall impact. It’s my goal to be your trusted real estate advisor and share with you: knowledge about the local market, options available and provide sound guidance that results in an extraordinary experience. Most importantly, you can count on my honesty, integrity and trustworthiness. You have my word as someone who was once bonded by Lloyd’s of London. I have a proven system of processes t0 ensure your home sells smoothly—with the least amount of “hassle”, for the highest price possible and result in a pleasant experience. Plus, I’ll design a marketing plan and selling strategy that will attract able/willing buyers and garner a quick sale. A bit more about me…
Raleigh is my home. In 2002, I arrived here after accepting a C-suite marketing position, said good-bye to my friends in Santa Monica and dropped out of escrow and moved solo across country. Why share this? I’m an agent who knows Raleigh but, also has experienced big city living, the charm of small towns and has moved several times. I’ve been a first-time home buyer as well as a homeowner who has sold my personal condo and I’ve experienced building a custom home. I know the game—both sides: buying and selling. I am here to help and represent you. In 2009, I earned my North Carolina real estate broker’s license. I earned my Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and while building our home in 2020, I earned the designation of Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS). On a personal note:
My husband (a Raleigh native) and I live Inside-the-Beltline (ITB) in Raleigh. We’re fitness junkies, yogis, long-distance runners, walkers, avid F1 fans, part-time weekend gardeners, supporters of local charities love museums, architecture, music and the performing arts.
