Radon remediation success! Radon is an odorless, colorless gas that seeps up through the ground and can accumulate inside your house increasing risk of developing cancer.

It’s important to test for radon and if the levels are high, the home can be outfitted with a little subterranean fan that draws the gas up a pipe and where it exits harmlessly above the roof. A house with a mitigation system will almost always have lower radon levels than one that does not (even though the threshold for action is 4.0 pCu).

Don’t skip testing to save a buck. The system is not terribly expensive to install (appox $1200-1600) and is well worth it!

Excellent investment property acquired for our investor client! This purchase was a great deal for our client and will be cash flow positive. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome with a garage, near doentown Raleigh, has hardwood floors both upstairs and downstairs, and even a soaking tub in the primary bath - all for $247k! It needed some vision, fresh paint, new toilets, and a good scrub, but soon it will be ready for tenants and be a great home!

We found an excellent investment opportunity in Raleigh! New construction end unit townhouse with a one car garage, a driveway, AND guest parking down the street 😄 Congratulations to my client!

For some reason (land is expensive!) most of the townhome communities going up have little to no parking and forget having a friend over unless they Uber! 😅

This beautiful townhouse backs up to what will be natural area that will have a rain garden and walking path and the community is just down the street from a new grocery store and shopping! Best of all worlds!
