Sometimes a prospect just wants to get information in a non-threatening manner. The great thing about the tool, provided free of charge from ERA and installed on all of our listings, is that once a prospect texts the code, their mobile phone number is sent to the Listing agent.

Just this past weekend we were able to retrieve a buyer's phone number as they were driving by an $850K home. These lucky buyers and our saavy agent were able to come to a deal and have gone under contract to purchase their dream home.
