The 2026 Valuation Law Symposium opens with two foundational sessions:

⚖️ One focused on how to enter and navigate litigation appraisal work, including what attorneys expect and how appraisers can position themselves for these assignments.

🛡️ Another focused on appraisal malpractice and risk exposure more broadly, highlighting where standards can break down and how to build more defensible, resilient practice.

Together, these sessions offer a practical starting point for understanding both opportunity and exposure in today’s appraisal environment.
