We offer 4 bed, 4 bath units across multiple properties with the option to rent an entire unit or rent a single bedroom. Not only a convenient home in relation to location but we also offer a variety of affordable pricing to match nearly any need. The pricing will usually range betwe

en $339-415 per bedroom and will depend on whether or not you get utilities (water and electric) included. If you do not, then the utilities will need to be established by and then split among the tenants. We also offer great amenities for resident use such as a pool, volleyball court, basketball court, and a picnic grill area. We are on the Wolfline as well as the CAT bus line with a shopping center within walking distance to make the pot even sweeter. Not to mention that we are close to Lake Johnson for your enjoyment.
