When it comes to selling your home, staging can help with marketability. If your home includes an extra bedroom, you may ask yourself what the best way to stage it is. 🤔

Unused rooms sometimes become storage areas for extra "stuff". Leaving a spare room un-staged may affect how homebuyers rank your home, particularly if the room is filled with clutter. By repurposing this space, you can help your home stand out to more buyers.

First things first, declutter and remove anything nonessential. ♻️
