🏡So excited to share that 508 W Church St in Benson is officially CLOSED! 🏡

This one was a journey—after a snowstorm led to a pipe bursting, we definitely had a few unexpected roadblocks. But with teamwork, persistence, and great communication, we pushed through, got it under contract, and successfully closed right on time!
It was such a pleasure working alongside Matthew, and I’m looking forward to many more listings together in the future.
