🤩Wow my first time at Fable Books & Cafe and I will definitely come back. A taste worthy menu, two floors of books, fun events and tables outside with a rocking chair front porch. Just a typical day in my life… I brake for “For Sale” signs. I peek at every open house… even when I’m not working. I am constantly thinking of how to market my clients listing better than the last. 🚨Did you know, when you buy a home you need to know if the propane gas tank is owned or rented. Hint; Your agent can find out for you. 🚨 When you call to get propane for your home they will first schedule a required safety check that costs around $150-175 to check for leaks in the propane tank and anything in the home that uses gas such as heaters, cooking, fireplace etc. ✨This check will protect you from gas leaking into your home and gas leaking out of your tank. 🚨If you own your own tank you usually have a lower propane fuel cost per gallon and summer July/ August is usually the best time to get it filled for the lowest price. 🚨 Propane companies usually only fill your tank to 80% to leave room for heat expansion so it does not expand outside of the tank and cause issues. You will usually want to call to get on the schedule for a refill when the tank shows it’s down to 10%. 🚨 I personally use Thompson Gas and have been happy with them since 2017.
