Termite Problems!!!!! Every year the HOA pays KilMore to come out and do Termite inspections. These inspections are suppose to assure us that we don't have termite problems. I have just learned that my neighbor has an infestation under her sink which is being taken care of by the KilMore warranty, but This is after my other neighbor found termites in her place and paid another termite company $600 to take care of her termite problem.. please be aware that Termite problems should be addressed by Kilmore and know there seem to be some termites in our area working.

Want to bring to the community's attention that the HOA board has begun Predatory Towing Practices again in our community. This is where they tow your vehicle without the Covenant mandated due process which includes notification and hearing. if you have any questions feel free to message this page or former HOA president Eric Hahn via facebook.

The dog in the attached picture was recently found at the entrance to the Edgewater Townhomes. Animal Control has picked the dog up and taken it to the shelter off New Bern Avenue. If this dog belongs to you, please contact Wake County Animal Control at 919-212-7387.

Hi all. Volunteer day is going to have to be postponed so that the weeds can killed prior to our spreading pine straw. This will make the project the best it can be. We will post the new date as soon as we have it.

Hi everyone. I just wanted to let you know about a community work day we are having on June 23 @ 9 a.m. We are going to be spreading pine straw around the hill behind the mailbox area to make it look a little nicer. Bring a rake if you have one and be sure to wear gloves as pine straw can be prickly. I hope to see you there!

Hi all. There has been a fair amount of parking violations happening in our neighborhood as well as late night disturbances. Please, if you notice these things happening, contact our homeowners association and the police when appropriate. Additionally, if cars are illegally parked on your property, you have the right to have them towed. We all have to work together to make this community one that we are proud to live in.
