What a fun Friday night at Perry Point 🎄✨
Residents enjoyed good food, games, karaoke, prizes, and an ugly sweater contest, plus a helpful fire safety chat from one of our resident firefighters with seasonal tips on candles, lights, and smoke detectors.
From wrapped surprise gifts to a wine basket raffle and a $50 gift card for our sweater winner - it was a great night all around. We hope you all have a wonderful holiday season!

Thank you to all of our residents who participated in our North Pole Express donation drive in partnership with Toys for Tots. Your generosity helped spread joy to children in our community and provide gifts to those who may not have received them otherwise. We’re so grateful to everyone who gave back and supported our Morguard CARES initiative this season.
