We recently celebrated four incredible employees who each reached their 15-year milestone with Preiss. We’re so grateful for the dedication, leadership, and impact they’ve made over the years!

The Collective at Norman is featured in Broadband Communities🎉
This article takes a deeper look at how the community's technology transformation started with a strong broadband foundation and evolved into a more connected resident experience through high-speed internet, smart technology, and our Mobile Wallet Experience.
It was also especially exciting to see the story come full circle at Broadband Communities Summit, where Iris Technologies VP, Ed Keathley and Brian Rader of Pavlov joined the conversation to talk about The Collective at Norman and what it takes to build truly connected communities.

Introducing The Mill and The Union in Charlotte, North Carolina! 🥳 Conveniently located less than a mile from the UNC Charlotte campus, both communities provide easy access to everything student life has to offer.
This is just the beginning! Exciting updates are on the horizon as both communities are set to receive refreshed amenities, interior unit upgrades, technology improvements, and a brand-new look.
We're excited to officially re-enter the Charlotte market with the addition of these two student housing communities!
