About Me

Daniel is from a military family that fostered a strong work ethic, having been raised between NC and Germany. After graduating from Campbell University’s prestigious Trust & Investment Management Program, Daniel joined AXA Advisors as a Financial Advisor, managing investments and retirement accounts for NC Public Schools, Universities and Governmental employees, as well as counseled clients on Estate Planning in areas of wills, trusts, and estates in NC, SC, and VA. He held the professional distinctions of NASD/FINRA Securities Licenses Series 7 & Series 66, and Life/Health Insurance Licenses in NC and SC which included appointments to over 16 insurance/investment companies.

Daniel brought his knowledge and experience of investments and fiduciary law to real estate working with buyers and sellers. He has a vast knowledge of new construction and negotiating tactics being personally trained by Jim Allen. Daniel deals with New Construction, Resale Homes, Land Options for Marketing, Commercial and Multi-family, and Relocation for Buyers, Sellers, and Investors. Daniel is currently appointed to the USAA and Cartus Relocation Teams as well as a Member of the Governmental Affairs Committee (GAC) and Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC) for the Raleigh Regional Board of Realtors.
