The name of the game in real estate right now is aggressive pricing. While some homes are still selling with multiple offer some are not and certainly condos are in the not category. This unit was in stiff competition with another unit that came on the market at the same time, so we had to put in place a strategy to keep this unit in front of the interested buyers. When buyers are faced with a choice price and condition are going to make all the difference. My seller for this unit saw what he had to do and did it. With a strategy in place, we got this condo under contract and SOLD! I am beyond blessed for the referral from my wonderful friend Annie Mack and to my amazing seller who dug in and won! Side note, this condo was listed with another agent for less. We priced it right based on the comps and even though they lowered the price and they accepted a price lower than where I had it listed, they still sold for more than the other agent had it AND in 33 days.
