This week has been a celebration of teamwork, connection, and appreciation across Concord Hospitality.

At our Corporate Office, associates embraced the carnival spirit with games, bingo, an ice cream truck, and plenty of opportunities to connect with colleagues throughout the week. At our Marriott Crabtree, the team celebrated associates whose dedication and service span more than 25 years. And at Canopy by Hilton Washington DC The Wharf, "Sports & Scoops" brought associates together for friendly competition and ice cream.

From superheroes to sports rivalries and renaissance festivities, Associate Appreciation Week is bringing creativity and fun to hotels across our portfolio.

At the HYATT house Raleigh North Hills, leaders suited up as superheroes and delivered treats to associates throughout the week. At our Renaissance Columbus Westerville-Polaris, associates stepped back in time for a renaissance-themed celebration complete with turkey legs, ice cream, scavenger hunts, and gratitude scrolls recognizing teammates. Meanwhile, Renaissance Raleigh North Hills Hotel is celebrating with sports-themed activities that bring teammates together through a little friendly competition.

While each celebration looks different, the goal is the same: recognizing the associates who make the magic happen every day through their dedication, teamwork, and hospitality.

The Sales & Marketing Advisory Committee has been bringing sales leaders together across the Concord portfolio for more than 15 years. What started as a way to encourage communication and collaboration continues to serve as an important forum for sharing ideas, discussing challenges, and identifying opportunities that help strengthen our commercial organization.

With representatives from Sales, Revenue Management, and Digital Marketing, SMAC helps ensure voices from the field are heard and that valuable insights make their way into broader conversations that support growth across our portfolio.
