- With no reservation I recommend Sara Page as "THE" realtor for your dream home. In my opinion Sara is the best you will find in the triangle. Sara was extremely patient with my wife and I. It took a few months to find our home. Sara followed up with us once a week for updates. She was even able to meet with us to view homes the same day we requested. She is very detailed oriented and has a knack for problem solving. Sara really went to bat for us during negotiations. She made us feel special as buyers by having our best interest at heart. Do yourself a favor and go with Sara Page as your realtor. In addition, Sara has worked in construction so she knows exactly how a brand new house should be viewed. When we were out of town Sara was the one who went in the house behind the builders to tell them what they should fix, paint over, and etc. Sara does not like subpar work. She explains everything to a "T", to the point where you do not have to ask questions, she makes sure you have a clear understanding of what is going on at all times throughout the homebuying process. To this very day, six months later, Sara continues to check on us, to remind us various things to follow-up on with the builders before our one-year stay.
