Mr. and Mrs. Henry Shirley bought this townhome in Westlake Reserve from me in 2002. When their lifestyle changed in 2023, they reached out for my assistance. I worked with them, their children and spouses to get the home “market-ready” and to achieve the best and highest price that Westlake Reserve has seen. In doing so, I had to be able to explain to the buyers agent the differences in the townhome units; as well as, justification of our asking price. When Trinity Academy friends and repeat clients, Zach and Laura Smathers, asked me if I would like to help them with the purchase of their first beach home, I jumped at the opportunity to return to Atlantic Beach. After a couple of quick trips east for the showing and inspections, we were able to complete the walk-thru and closing. Afterwards Zach sent me this photo that made me chuckle, and I thought it was worthy of a social media post. Zach said “Well, at least the seller had a sense of humor…” See if you can relate to and enjoy “Damifino.”
