Wake County native and ICG Homes CEO Ryan Perry obtained undergraduate and graduate degrees with honors from East Carolina University. He entered the home building industry in 1997 and soon became an active member of the Home Builders Associations (HBAs) of Durham-Orange-Chatham and Raleigh-Wake Counties. Both ICG Homes and Ryan have earned numerous awards over the years for superior home building, including the coveted Raleigh-Wake County Home Builder of the Year Award and an elite 40 Under 40 Leadership Award by Triangle Business Journal. Furthermore, ICG is frequently ranked in the Top 25 on the annual Custom Home Builder List compiled by Triangle Business Journal. Ryan has served on a variety of community, industry, and university councils and leadership boards, raising more than $200,000 for his chosen causes. Ryan and his family have recently founded Ryleigh’s Voice, a non-profit public charity dedicated to improving the lives of special needs’ individuals via donations of new or used smart phones, tablets, and financial contributions, thereby enabling communication, interaction, education, and entertainment.
